Terms of Service

This is a binding agreement between Solebux-SM Team and you as a member, user, advertiser. By using the Internet site located at www.solebux.com (the Site or any services provided in connection with the Site (the Service), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, as they may be amended by solebux Team SM (Company) from time to time in its sole discretion.

1. USER ACCOUNT

1.1. It is prohibited to transfer or sell accounts.

1.2. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Guarding your account is your responsibility, and we shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account due to password management issues.

1.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your Perfect Money, Payeer and Bitcoin account which must be unique and not shared with any another user.

1.4. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended immediately.

1.5. Each advertisement can be viewed by a single account using the same IP per 24 hours. You can use multiple unique IP addresses to login. However, logging in from proxies/VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account.

1.6. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold under any circumstances.

1.7. solebux will not modify any user account upon request. Upline and username change requests will be declined.

1.8. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended. 

1.9. All currency values shown in your account including purchases and withdrawals are in United States dollars (USD).

2. FORUMS, GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR

2.1. You have access to reading the Forum, except for private areas.

2.2. You can post in the forums after viewing at least 100 advertisements upon completing the registration process and logging in. 

2.3. Any implication of racism, sexism or abusive comments will never be tolerated and will lead to suspension of forum use as well as permanent account suspension. solebux will not tolerate any disrespectful attitudes, insults, and meaningless inflammatory posts towards either the members of solebux or solebux associates.

2.4. You will always have the right to express yourself without offending other users. 

2.5. Such actions for the purpose of publicity, provocation, attempts to get referrals, money offers / transfer/ exchange/ money requests and the offer or request of services are not allowed on Solebux. Spamming the forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated posts/topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links is also not allowed.

2.6. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Solebux and / or Solebux assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.

2.7. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to Solebux, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to suspension of forum privileges.

3. REFERRALS

3.1. You may refer unlimited number of people.

3.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a valid full name, and an unique email address.

3.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral.You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you fake referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account terminatio

3.4. All referrals purchased onsite are real members who recently registered on Solebux with genuine interest, so SoleBux cannot predict referrals activity and SoleBux is not responsible for rental/direct referrals activity and by purchasing/renting referrals you are fully aware of that. they are to be distributed without any prediction or assurance of how actively they will be using the site in the future; therefore,referrals have no return policy. Additionally, If anyone of your referrals does not stay active or click any advertisement within certain amount of days, they might be removed from your downline in order to let you have an open space for potentially active referrals. Members are given the option to delete or recycle their inactive referrals with a small fee.

3.5. You able to earn referral upgrade bonus from all your referrals according by your membership. The amount of upgrade bonus depends to users membership.

3.6. Buying referrals is subject to availability. You may earn referral upgrade bonus if your referral upgrades after he/she was assigned to your account.

3.7. The clicks you earn are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 4 advertisement at the same time-frame everyday, you will be credited all of the clicks made by your Rental Referrals. Your clicks will be reset based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page.

3.8. Changing the up-line is not allowed.

3.9. Ability to earn commission or any incentive by the activities of referrals is a part of a promotion, and subject to change without further notice.

3.10. The amount of direct referrals and rental referrals is limited based on the referrers membership/packs and membership time. The users can see the limit in the "Upgrade" page.

4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

4.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.

4.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.

4.3. Using any sort of programs that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you is strictly prohibited and will face a proper action.

4.4. Any attempts of piracy and/ or unlawful act will lead to account suspension immediately.

5. PAYMENTS TO USERS

5.1. All payments will be made via Perfect Money, Payeer and Bitcoin. No other method of payment is available at this time. You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you,ve used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to the other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you,ve made through them individually. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.

5.2. All payments will be made instantly or maximum within some hours upon request .

5.3. Withdrawal limits vary by membership. A fee will be deducted due to merchant services and that's depending on the payment processor you use, for example fees for Bitcoin transactions only depend to cryptocurrency wallet services.

5.4. You can only request one payment at a time.

5.5. You must have a correct and verified Payza account in your own name. All payments will go directly to the users email address and cannot be canceled or sent again. To have your payment sent by Payza, make sure you are logged in from a country where Payza allows members to receive money to their accounts.

5.6. All your earnings or benefits from SoleBux depends just to your activity and SoleBux is not responsible for your benefits or earnings.

5.7. Users must accept the payments made to their Perfect Money, Payeer and Bitcoin accounts in 30 calendar days or will have the payment canceled and it will not be refunded. 

5.8. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.

5.9. Ensure the payment processor method that you create is allows payments to your country.

5.10. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processors support.

6. ADVERTISEMENTS

6.1. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.

6.2. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers, contain referral sales and those that include gambling/betting, gambling content or are held by a gambling company. Also, any advertisement that uses Solebux name for any unrelated services is not allowed. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.

6.3. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

6.4. Members are recommended to view the advertisements via a computer connected to high speed internet with unique IP .

7. PAYMENTS TO SOLEBUX

7.1. All payments are to be made using the links available in the "My Account" section of Solebux. No other method of payment will be accepted. 

7.2. All payments and investing are non-refundable because they concern services provided at the time of the purchase. Should you have any issue with any of your purchases, you can contact our support by creating a support ticket.

7.3. Payments made to Solebux using Payza are only accepted from verified accounts. Payments made using unverified Payza accounts won't be accepted.

7.4. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension. This suspension will be then evaluated depending on and according to the causes that led to it.

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

8.2. If your account is temporarily suspended, all the referrals will be removed, and after permanant suspension all the balances will be reset to zero and no refunds will be given.

8.3. Suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same name, username or email addresses.

8.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity.

8.5. We won't delete users accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended. Any owner of the suspended account due to inactivity will need to open or request a new account.

9. LIABILITY

9.1. Solebux Team will not be liable for any kind of delays , loss or failures that are not directly related to Solebux and therefore beyond our control.

9.2. Solebux Team reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.

9.3. Solebux Team will not be held responsible for any losses of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.

9.4. Solebux is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It is your responsibility to declare what you,ve received and pay your country's taxes.
